    Art-craft means:
    Things for everyday life.
    The things for everyday life are particularly beautiful.

    For example:

    The arts and crafts come from many countries.

    From many faraway countries:
    • from Asia
    • from Africa
    • from Australia.

    OVERVIEW

    Today, 1700 objects of arts and crafts belong
    in the collection.
    Most of them were acquired by Karl Ernst Osthaus.

    The collection is considered complete.
    This means:
    The museum no longer buys new arts and crafts.
